When is the fee charged?
Only at booking, when funds go into escrow. Browsing, briefs, shortlists and the calculator cost nothing.
What about refunds?
Cancel before production starts for a full refund. After that, disputes are mediated — release, split or refund.
Invoices?
GST-compliant invoices generate automatically on every funded deal — for the fee and, where applicable, from the creator.
